Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We request that items be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
Note: Due to the cost of international shipping, we currently do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.
To begin the return or exchange process, please contact us here with your order number. We’ll provide you with the shipping label and instructions on how to return your item via email.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method at the original selling price, typically within 30 days (this may differ depending on your credit card).
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to inspection. We will not be able to process refunds or exchanges if:
- The return request was not made within 7 days of delivery, or
- The returned item is damaged or not in its original condition
